Coordinated the Smart Tag public relations and marketing campaign that resulted in record sales of the electronic toll collection system:

One year after implementation, Smart Tag usage during the morning rush-hour period was 50.7% (eastbound) at the Downtown Expressway toll plaza and 43.4% (northbound) at the Powhite Parkway toll plaza.

One year after implementation, Smart Tag usage during the evening rush-hour period was 48.7% (westbound) at the Downtown Expressway toll plaza.
